Information about the Friends and Family Test for The Avenue Surgery
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was introduced here at The Avenue Surgery in December 2014.
The Friends and Family Test is a continuous feedback tool available to all our patients who use our services and focuses on one primary question. It asks patients if they would recommend their GP Practice to friends and family. Patients are then able to explain in free text why they answered this question as they did.
The anonymous feedback gathered through the FFT will be used by the practice to support the improvement of services. You can tick a box if you do not want your comments to be made public.
A paper copy of this short survey is available for you to pick up from Reception. Alternatively you can complete the survey on line. Just click here.
In August 2018 95% of our patients said they were extremely likely or likely to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment according to the results of the FFT Report March 2019.
Many positive and encouraging comments from those patients who were happy for their comments to be made public - thank you.
